What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to persistent late payment of rent.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the full lawful rent for March 2021 by March 27, 2021, and the full lawful rent by the 5th of each month from April 2021 to March 2022. The Tenant shall also pay $340 per month for arrears from April 2021 to February 2022, and a final arrears payment of $330.45 by March 20, 2022. If the Tenant fails to comply with these conditions, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
