What happened

The ruling

The tenancy was terminated effective June 30, 2021, the date the tenants were ordered to vacate the rental unit. The tenants are ordered to pay $1,275.59 to the landlord by June 30, 2021 to void the eviction order and continue the tenancy. If the unit is not vacated by June 30, 2021, the landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
