The ruling

The Tenant must pay the Landlord $5,119.69 in rent arrears and application costs, plus $27.95 per day for use of the unit starting December 1, 2020 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by December 11, 2020, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
