The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $37.84 in rent arrears, $75 in NSF cheque charges and related administration charges, and $186 for the cost of filing the application, for a total of $298.84. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by July 26, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
