What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent and substantial interference with the Landlord's lawful right, privilege or interest. The Tenant did not attend the hearing.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $4,152.45 in rent arrears and $1,546.20 for the unpaid water bill. If the Tenant fails to make the required payments, the Landlord may apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
