What happened

The ruling
The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $4,152.45 in rent arrears and $1,546.20 for the unpaid water bill. If the Tenant fails to make the required payments, the Landlord may apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
