The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective January 28, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $2,335.27 in rent arrears and compensation, plus $29.59 per day starting January 18, 2022 until the Tenant moves out. The Tenant must also pay the $186 application fee. If the full amount is not paid by January 28, 2022, the Tenant will owe interest and the Landlord can file the order for enforcement.
