What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant, another occupant, or someone the Tenant permitted causing undue damage to the premises and seriously impairing the safety of any person.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective December 22, 2021. The Tenant must move out by that date and pay the Landlord $186 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by December 19, 2021, they will owe interest starting December 20, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by December 22, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
