The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective September 26, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $7,045.10, which includes rent arrears, the application filing fee, less the rent deposit and interest. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 26, 2022, the Tenant will owe interest starting September 27, 2022. If the unit is not vacated by September 26, 2022, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
