The tenancy is terminated effective March 1, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $3,620.20, plus $50.73 per day starting February 19, 2021 until they move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by March 1, 2021, they will owe interest starting March 2, 2021.
