What happened
Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to their behavior seriously impairing the safety of the Landlord's employee, Samantha Fletcher, who was cleaning a vacant unit in the building.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective August 27, 2020. The Tenants must vacate the unit by August 14, 2021 and pay the Landlord $17,283.10, which includes compensation for use of the unit, the application filing fee, and interest on the rent deposit. If the Tenants do not pay by August 14, 2021, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
