What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Tenant did not void the N4 Notice by paying rent arrears and was not present at the hearing.

The ruling

Unless the Tenant voids the order by paying the specified amount, the tenancy will be terminated. The Tenant can void the order by paying $6,633.65 by March 31, 2024, or $7,696.88 by April 7, 2024. If not paid, the Tenant must move out and pay $4,418.63 to the Landlord.
