The tenancy is terminated effective August 27, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $2,220.97, which includes rent arrears up to August 16, 2021 and the cost of the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenant must also pay $52.60 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting August 17, 2021 until the Tenant moves out.
