What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants void the order by paying $13,674.51 by March 12, 2023. If not voided, Tenants must move out by March 12, 2023 and pay $10,856.16 plus $37.43 per day from February 14, 2023 until they vacate. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting March 13, 2023 if the unit is not vacated.
