The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective April 7, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $11,148.10 (less any payments made after the application was filed) by April 7, 2023, representing rent arrears, costs of the previous application, and NSF charges, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. If the Tenant does not vacate by April 7, 2023, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement. The Tenant also owes the Landlord $89.83 per day for compensation for continued occupation starting March 28, 2023.
