The tenancy was terminated effective April 29, 2020, the date the Tenant vacated the rental unit. The Tenant is ordered to pay $3,383.33 to the Landlord, which includes rent arrears and compensation up to April 29, 2020, less the rent deposit and interest on the deposit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 15, 2020, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
