What happened

The ruling

The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $2,137.10 for rent owing up to September 30, 2021, plus $201.00 for the cost of filing the application. If not paid by January 8, 2022, interest will be charged at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance from January 9, 2022.
