The ruling

The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $3,963.87, which includes rent arrears up to July 31, 2022, and the cost of the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by April 7, 2023, they will start to owe interest at 5.00% annually on the outstanding balance from April 8, 2023.
