What happened

The ruling

The Tenants must pay the Landlord $1,508.21, which includes rent arrears up to October 22, 2020 less the rent deposit and interest, plus $190 application fee and $70.12 per day in compensation starting October 23, 2020 until the Tenants move out. If the Tenants wish to void the order and continue the tenancy, they must pay $2,281.39 by October 31, 2020 or $4,414.10 by November 2, 2020.
