What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the tenant pays $10,966 by January 31, 2023 or $11,946 by February 3, 2023 to void the order. If the tenant does not pay, they must move out by February 3, 2023 and pay $1,166 plus daily compensation of $32.22 until they vacate.
