The ruling
The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by 2021-06-01. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $175 for the application filing cost. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount owed by 2021-06-01, the Tenant will start owing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance starting 2021-06-02. If the unit is not vacated by 2021-06-01, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
