The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $179.50 in rent arrears and $186.00 for the cost of filing the application, for a total of $365.50, on or before July 10, 2021. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by the due date, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
