What happened

The tenants are ordered to pay $4,951.06 to the landlord, which includes rent arrears up to the move-out date and the cost of NSF cheque charges, minus the $4,325 the tenants paid after the application was filed. The tenants must also pay $186 for the cost of filing the application.
