What happened

The tenancy is terminated effective May 21, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $13,335.82 in rent arrears and application fee, plus $42.74 per day starting May 11, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant pays $14,836 on or before May 21, 2021, the eviction order will be void and the tenancy will continue.
