The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 15, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by that date. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $7,200 for the repair costs and $186 for the application fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 15, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
