The tenancy is terminated effective June 3, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $11,761.65 plus $38.26 per day starting May 24, 2023 until they vacate the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by June 3, 2023, they will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
