What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Landlord intends to demolish the rental unit to build new homes in a subdivision.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective September 30, 2021. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before September 30, 2021. If the unit is not vacated on or before September 30, 2021, then starting October 1, 2021, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced.
