The tenancy is terminated effective May 8, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $17,939.71 plus $42.42 per day starting April 28, 2023 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by May 8, 2023, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
