What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's conduct, including assaulting another tenant, allowing the Tenant's dog to run at large and attack the Landlord and a guest, which substantially interfered with the Landlord's and other tenants' reasonable enjoyment of the residential complex.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 30, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit on or before April 30, 2021. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the unit is not vacated by April 30, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction starting May 1, 2021.
