What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenant failed to meet the conditions of a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The Board cancelled the previous order and gave the Tenant one more chance to save the tenancy by allowing the Tenant to pay the $5,176.50 in arrears and application fees in installments over 6 months, in addition to paying the monthly rent. If the Tenant fails to make any of the payments, the Landlord can apply to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant.
