The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective October 15, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $2,229.75, which includes rent arrears up to the termination date, compensation for use of the unit, and the application filing fee, less the rent deposit and interest. If the Tenant pays $3,286 on or before October 15, 2021, the eviction order will be void and the tenancy will continue.
