The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 6, 2022. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $9,493.51 for rent arrears, filing fees, and damages, less the rent deposit and interest. The Tenants must also pay daily compensation of $58.72 from July 15, 2022 until they vacate the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by November 6, 2022, they will owe interest on the outstanding balance.
