What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to allegations of the Tenant committing illegal acts, seriously impairing the safety of others, and using the rental unit in a manner inconsistent with residential use.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the rental unit by January 11, 2023. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $186 for the application filing fee.
