What happened

The ruling

The tenancy was terminated effective February 2, 2019. The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $4,916.28 in rent arrears and $190.00 in application filing costs, less the rent deposit and interest. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by February 15, 2020, they will start owing interest at 2% annually.
