What happened

The ruling

The parties consented to an order that the Tenant shall not engage in any conduct that gave rise to the N5 and N7 notices to terminate the tenancy, including excessive noise, destruction of property and substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment of neighbours, for a period of one year from the date of this hearing. If the Tenant fails to comply with the terms of this order, the Landlord shall be entitled to apply to the Board, no later than 30 days after a breach of this Order, with notice to the Tenant, for an Order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant, pursuant to Section 78 of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006.
