What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 18, 2020. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $49,150.54, which includes rent arrears up to August 7, 2020 and charges related to NSF cheques. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by August 18, 2020, they will start owing interest and the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
