What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent and breach of conditions specified in a previous LTB order. The Tenant failed to pay the full rent for January 2023 by the due date, violating the conditions set in the previous order.

The ruling
