Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent and for committing an illegal act involving the production, trafficking or possession of illegal drugs for the purpose of trafficking.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective October 23, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $7,754.91, plus $21.70 per day starting October 13, 2021 until the unit is vacated. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by October 23, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
