The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective May 19, 2023. The tenant must pay the landlord $12,520.36 (less any amount paid after the application was filed) for rent arrears and the cost of the previous application. The tenant must also pay the landlord $49.32 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting May 9, 2023 until the tenant moves out.
