What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to meet conditions specified in a previous order (SWL-45111-20) issued on March 4, 2021. The Tenant failed to pay the full lawful monthly rent on or before November 1, 2021, as required by the previous order.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective January 16, 2022. The Tenant must pay $788.34 to the Landlord, representing rent owing up to January 5, 2022, plus $26.30 per day from January 6, 2022, until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not vacate by January 16, 2022, the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting January 17, 2022.
