What happened

The tenancy is terminated effective January 16, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $7,997.27 in rent arrears and compensation. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 16, 2022, the Tenant will owe interest starting January 17, 2022 and the Landlord can file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for eviction.
