What happened

The Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to non-payment of rent. The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants pay $9,216 by May 31, 2023 or $10,446 by June 16, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenants do not pay, they must vacate the unit by June 16, 2023 and pay the Landlord $7,088.97 plus daily compensation of $40.44 from May 9, 2023 until they move out.
