What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board on February 14, 2020 with respect to application TNL-21808-19. The condition was that the Tenant failed to pay the rent for March 2020 on or before March 1, 2020.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before August 22, 2020. If the unit is not vacated on or before August 22, 2020, then starting August 23, 2020, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced.
