What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to persistent late payment of rent. The application was filed after serving a valid N8 Notice of Termination, which the tenants did not void by paying the rent on time.

The ruling

The Tenants shall pay the Landlord the full monthly rent on or before the first day of each month for a twelve month period commencing March 01, 2021 through to and including February 01, 2022. If the Tenants fail to make any of the payments in full and on time, the Landlord shall be entitled to apply to the Board, no later than 30 days after a breach of this Order, without notice to the Tenants, for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
