The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective January 30, 2022. The Tenant must pay $3,184.83 plus $37.81 per day from January 1, 2022, until they vacate the unit. If the Tenant does not pay or move out by January 30, 2022, the Landlord can file for eviction enforcement starting January 31, 2022.
