What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order. The condition was to pay $500 towards rent arrears by December 20, 2021, which the Tenant failed to do.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 30, 2022. The Tenant must pay $3,184.83 plus $37.81 per day from January 1, 2022, until they vacate the unit. If the Tenant does not pay or move out by January 30, 2022, the Landlord can file for eviction enforcement starting January 31, 2022.
