What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to persistent late payment of rent. The Landlord's representative attended the hearing, but the Tenants did not.

The ruling

The Tenants are ordered to pay rent on time and in full on the first day of each month for a twelve-month period starting March 1, 2022 to February 1, 2023. If the Tenants fail to make any one of the payments on time and in full, the Landlord may apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
