The tenancy is terminated effective March 30, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $7,123.86 plus $32.88 per day starting March 20, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by March 30, 2021, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
