What happened

The LTB denied the tenants' request to review the December 9, 2024 review order, finding that the tenants' excuses for not attending the November 26, 2024 hearing were not sufficient to justify another review hearing. The LTB determined that the tenants could have participated in the hearing had they exercised reasonable diligence.
