What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenants due to substantial interference and because the purchaser requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 30, 2021. The Tenants must vacate the rental unit by that date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for enforcement starting July 1, 2021. The Tenants shall pay $25.15 per day in compensation for use of the unit if they do not vacate by June 30, 2021.
