The ruling

The tenancy was terminated on March 10, 2020 when the Tenant was put out of possession. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $1,830.80 in rent arrears and $175.00 for the filing fee, for a total of $2,005.80. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by May 4, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
