The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $1,462.29, which includes rent arrears up to August 31, 2022, application costs, and NSF charges, minus the rent deposit and interest owing. If not paid by September 24, 2022, interest will be charged at 3.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
